This newly uncovered evidence, sent in by an intrepid young man, will pour some fresh fuel onto the anti-logo movement’s fire. The company logo belongs to Dino’s Logistics, a trucking company out of St. Louis:
“Drop the V” loyalists need to track down a representative at Dino’s and convince them to sue UD for trademark infringement. Clearly, Dayton’s new logo will cause confusion among truckers, lot lizards and teamsters. Believe me, this will not stand.
We all knew this whole thing would end up in court at some point, it’s the American way.
[info_message]The Blackburn Review will continue to monitor this ongoing development. Our staff is intently focused on any developing stories regarding the “Drop the V” campaign, Aidan Curran’s employment with 160over90 (aka LogoGate) as well as any controversies we drum up ourselves.
