This Again

Well, we get to revisit one of the biggest wins in UD history as the Flyers will open their tournament against Syracuse on Friday. Not the greatest draw, considering Michigan State awaits the winner of the Cuse/Flyers game, but that’s what happens when you let a few games get away from you late in the season.

The Orange are a typical Boeheim team, dependent on their zone and three-point shooting. The Cuse is a rangy team that covers the perimeter well. They have some good wins on their resume –Duke and Notre Dame — but don’t have the profile that jumps out at you (hence, the ten seed).

If I ever get a chance to see this fine gentleman at a bar, he will be drinking for free all night.
