BBR Podcast 21: The George Mason Preview with the Giant Killer

A choppy episode begins with a monologue from Sully explaining the current predicament UD is on in regards to location of sites for the NCAA Tournament, then expounds upon that process from the selection perspective, and why UD is a virtual lock to land in Cleveland when all is said and done.

(at the beginning it was mentioned we would include a link for how the bracket is chosen, here is that: https://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men/article/2018-10-19/how-field-68-teams-picked-march-madness)

The first portion of the show wraps up with Sully explaining why UD isn’t necessarily a lock to jump San Diego State and Gonzaga in the AP poll, even though they both lost over the weekend, and before you know it Drew is sharing his thoughts from the DUQ game last Saturday.

In the middle of the show, Bryan from GiantKiller.co joins the boys to talk about the blogging business, their modest start as an independent site, and the struggles of running a website when your team just isn’t that good. Bryan is grilled about questions surrounding the job security of the current GMU coach, Dave Paulsen, and before you know it the gang is on to talking about the upcoming match-up with the Patriot in Fairfax.

Drew supplies the listeners with the A10 rundown, (sponsored by Lee’s Chicken!!!), before Sully comes clean about why the show came out so choppy, and one inconvenient truth about finally opening the sponsorship door for the podcast.

Thank you to our sponsors for this episode, Chief Screen Printing and Dayton’s favorite, Lee’s Chicken.

Wear red, be LOWD, there’s only four more to go.

Just to level set… can we setup a GoFundMe instead of advertising? The silence at the end of the show is deafening

    Ps… tremendous as always.
